When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me with my head in a book, deep into a video or board game, or spending time with my friends and family. A fun fact about me? I love books so much that I started my own online bookstore, Spellbound Stories Bookstore!

As the Administration Lead, I may not work directly with clients, but I play a key role in making sure they get the right practitioner and care they need. I’m the person they call if they have concerns, need guidance, or just aren’t sure what to do next. Whether it’s sorting out service agreements, chasing up plans, or making sure support is in place, I’m here to help things run as smoothly as possible.

Helping people get the right support is incredibly rewarding. I love seeing our practitioners make a difference in people’s lives and knowing that, even in the background, I’m playing a part in that process. Seeing clients and families feel supported, understood, and on the right path is what makes my work so fulfilling.
