  • A Bit About Me

I take a calm, supportive and collaborative approach to exercise physiology, meeting you where you’re at and developing evidence-based programs that are realistic, structured and meaningful. Whether your goal is improving strength and mobility, managing a chronic condition, increasing independence, or returning to activities you enjoy, I focus on safe progression, clear communication and creating purposeful progress. I believe small wins build lasting confidence, and I design personalised exercise plans that complement your day-to-day life while supporting sustainable long-term health.

I’m particularly passionate about supporting NDIS participants and paediatric clients to build functional capacity, confidence and independence — whether that’s developing fundamental movement skills, improving coordination and balance, or working toward meaningful participation at home, school and in the community.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy staying active, travelling, live music, hiking, walking my two little dogs, and spending time with family and friends — a balance between movement, connection, and wellbeing shapes the way I approach my work with clients.

  • Why Do I Love My Job?

I love supporting people to discover their potential through movement and seeing their confidence grow along the way. Watching someone achieve something they once thought was out of reach is the best feeling. Whether it’s improving performance, building independence, or simply finding joy in movement, those moments are what it’s all about.

Having played soccer since I was four and maintained a strong involvement in sport and physical activity throughout my life, I understand the physical and psychological demands that injury and rehabilitation can place on an individual. Getting to help people recover and return to their loved sports or activities holds a special place in my heart due to my own background and I am grateful to get to be part of peoples rehabilitative journey.

Being able to motivate, empower, and uplift others every day is something I never take for granted. I feel incredibly lucky to be part of each person’s journey toward their personal best.
