How We Can Help

Exercise isn’t just about fitness—it’s about feeling more like you. We understand that mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, PTSD, and mood disorders can impact your energy, motivation, movement patterns, and connection to your body.

For neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, autism, or sensory processing differences, traditional approaches to exercise may not always feel accessible or helpful. Whether you're overwhelmed by noisy gyms, find it hard to follow rigid routines, or just want movement to feel fun again, we’re here to work with you.

We’ll support you to build a relationship with movement that feels positive, sustainable, and centred around your needs. Together, we’ll explore ways of moving that support your mental wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and physical health, all at a pace that feels right for you.

What We Support

We can assist with:

  • Reconnecting with your body in a safe, non-judgmental way

  • Creating flexible, interest-based activity routines that align with you

  • Supporting sensory preferences and sensitivities in how and where you move

  • Building confidence in movement after a long break or past negative experiences

  • Enhancing executive functioning through structured but adaptable movement plans

Our Approach

We lead with curiosity, not assumptions. Our approach is person-centred, neuro-affirming, and grounded in empathy. Whether you’re navigating a mental health condition, are neurodivergent, or simply feel like mainstream exercise options haven’t fit you, we’ll work together to find what does.

We’ll meet you where you’re at, literally and emotionally. Prefer a quiet park walk to a gym? Let’s do that. Want movement broken down into simple, low-pressure steps? No problem. We believe support should adapt to you, not the other way around.

Our goal is to create a space where movement feels safe, meaningful, and maybe even enjoyable. This isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about walking alongside you as you reconnect with your body, build your capacity, and live life your way.
